About This Project
Alcatel Thomson SpeedTouch ADSL modem
Mass product with clear and distinctive identity.
This ADSL modem from the 500 series is part of a line of network equipment under the name SpeedTouch, produced by Alcatel, later Thomson, now Technicolor. This mass product is intended for the home and business market and is produced worldwide in series of more than 2 million pieces per year.
The design is based on a predefined identity that has been developed in close collaboration with the client. Apparently contradictory keywords, such as reliable and advanced, mature and friendly, innovative and sustainable, are united into a clear concept. This has created a distinctive and recognizable serial product that has been applied for more than 20 years.
